New baby Alpaca

During our morning rounds yesterday , Sunday 6th June, at Old MacDonald’s Petting Farm, we found a new baby boy!!

A baby Alpaca is known as a Cria, and he was born very early Sunday morning, (alpacas are known for giving birth early in the morning). Our new baby boy is very little and jet black and our keepers found her with mum on their morning feeds. Both mum and baby are doing very well and are already out frolicking in their paddock.

Facebook Competition..
We will be running another facebook competition to name our baby boy so log on and join in to have a chance of winning an annual season ticket!
