Old Macdonald was astonished to hear that some of you, when you have a little time, seem to rather go shopping than visit your farm favourites here at Brentwood. He could not understand this because after all if you are hungry we have a cafe in which you can eat and drink, and if you want to buy things we have a great gift shop. However after a little thought he realised that you might need to purchase something to sit on and also a TV to watch, and that maybe you want clothes and items to cook, so that really shopping is essential!
So he decided if he cannot beat you he should join you and has taken OLD MACDONALD’S COUNTRY FAYRE to the Lakeside Shopping Centre this summer school holiday period. With a Farm Train, Milking Cow, Snake Slide, Racing Ducks and Carousel added to farm figures and fun, plus our new Crazy Golf as suggested by one of our Farm Friends on this website, you can have a wonderful time for just £5.99 in between your shopping expeditions. Come down any day between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. and meet us there.
Also, a quick message for those of you wanting to buy Annual Passes, please do not forget to bring your photos with you to the farm when you come in to apply! This will save you time and trouble.
By the way, the photos show our crazy golf course and the construction site in our Country Fayre too, plus the Farm Train and Milking Cow, now in Lakeside. And if you are coming to the Farm, do not worry there is still a train and milking cow here too!
